CrossFire CNC Plasma Table: The foundation of the package. The CrossFire is the personal CNC plasma table that made CNC cutting accessible to hobbyists, small shops, and schools. It cuts steel, aluminum, brass, and copper with precision, turning digital designs into finished parts, brackets, signage, and art far faster than traditional metalworking tools. Its compact footprint fits in a home garage, and its robust construction stands up to continuous use.

XL Expansion Kit: Adds 10" of travel to the Y axis for a total work area of 25.3" x 33.3", a 44% increase over the standard CrossFire. The kit is a direct bolt-on replacement for the standard tube rails and includes a powder-coated XL lower rail, a zinc-plated XL upper rail, and an XL lead screw. It installs with the same tools and in the same manner as the standard CrossFire assembly, and it fully utilizes the work area of the included water table, so nothing in this package goes unused.

Z-Axis + THC Upgrade Kit: Bring PRO-level capability to the CrossFire. The powered Z-axis retracts the torch between cuts to avoid tip-ups, Initial Height Sensing (IHS) sets the correct pierce and cut height at the start of every cut, and Automatic Torch Height Control (THC) holds a consistent torch height across wavy or uneven material for cleaner, more reliable cuts, which matters even more on the longer cuts the XL makes possible. The kit runs on FireControl, Langmuir Systems' CNC control software, with built-in scaling, rotation, and pattern replication tools and regular feature updates.

Electronics Kit: Run your table from a dedicated control station instead of a laptop. The kit includes a large 21.5" HD touchscreen and a compact Windows miniPC preconfigured for CNC plasma operation, giving you a clear, responsive interface for loading programs, managing cuts, and monitoring jobs right at the machine.

Limit Switch Kit: Adds X and Y limit switches, cabling, mounting brackets, and the electronics expansion connection so you can home the machine to Machine Coordinate Zero and use Work Coordinate Offsets. Homing gives you repeatable positioning from job to job, so you can pause, restart, or resume work with confidence.

Stainless Steel Water Table: A drop-in stainless steel water tray made specifically for the CrossFire, using the same slats as the base machine. Cutting over water cools the part as it's cut, reducing warpage on thin material and longer cuts, and it dramatically cuts down on noise, smoke, dust, and arc flash. Includes tray, slat holders, hardware, fittings, and installation instructions.
