CrossFire PRO CNC Plasma Table: The foundation of the package. The CrossFire PRO brings production-ready CNC plasma cutting to small businesses and serious hobbyists, with a generous 48.25" x 33.3" cutting area for handling everything from intricate art to substantial industrial components. A reinforced steel frame and integrated stainless steel water table deliver stability, longevity, and reduced vibration, while the powered Z-axis with Initial Height Sensing sets the correct pierce and cut height at the start of every cut. Built for industrial-grade performance, the PRO is designed to tackle demanding jobs day in and day out.

Automatic Torch Height Controller: Designed specifically for the CrossFire PRO, the ATHC module automatically maintains the optimal torch-to-material distance throughout each cut. On warped, wavy, or uneven sheet, it continuously adjusts the torch height to hold a consistent arc, delivering cleaner edges, reduced dross, longer consumable life, and far fewer failed cuts. It removes the manual adjustments that slow down production and lets the machine run reliably with less operator intervention.

Electronics Kit: Run your table from a dedicated control station instead of a laptop. The kit includes a large 21.5" HD touchscreen and a compact Windows miniPC preconfigured for CNC plasma operation, giving you a clear, responsive interface for loading programs, managing cuts, and monitoring jobs right at the machine.

Limit Switch Kit: Adds X and Y limit switches, cabling, mounting brackets, and the electronics expansion connection so you can home the machine to Machine Coordinate Zero and use Work Coordinate Offsets. Homing gives you repeatable positioning from job to job, so you can pause, restart, or resume work with confidence, and it makes fixturing and repeat production runs far more predictable.
