Langmuir Systems' LS-THC torch height control comes standard, actively maintaining torch height over wavy or warped sheet for consistent, precise cuts, and rapid speeds of up to 400 IPM keep production moving on large-format work.

Razorweld Razorcut 45 with Machine Torch: A compact, highly efficient single-phase inverter plasma cutter configured specifically for CNC use on the CrossFire XR. This version ships with a straight machine torch and the XR-specific torch firing cable, so the cutter fires directly from the XR controller with no hand-torch workarounds. The Razorcut 45 features a simple 20–45 amp dial for adjusting cutting capacity and finish, a 2T/4T function, and a low-frequency pilot arc start that delivers reliable ignition without the electrical interference that can disrupt CNC electronics. It includes a pre-set air regulator and return lead, and it runs on Razorweld X45 consumables available directly from Langmuir Systems.

CrossFire XR Remote Emergency Stop Kit: Relocates the XR's emergency stop from the electronics box to a mounting bracket directly above the touchscreen, putting it within immediate reach of the operator at the control station. The kit includes the extension cable assembly, a durable E-stop housing that guards against environmental exposure and accidental presses, the XR-specific mounting bracket, and all hardware. It's a small addition that makes a real difference in day-to-day safety on a machine this size.
