3D Barn Star Art
Summary
Here’s a pattern for making a 3D decorative “barn star”. The chart shows the dimensions and bend angles for 20” and 16” diameter stars. Note, that the dimensions are scalable, meaning that if you want a star to be larger or smaller than shown on the chart, you can adjust the “OAL”, “X” and “OAW” dimensions by the same ratio and the bend angles will still work. For your reference, the dimensions on the chart are based on using 22ga sheet metal.
