Boulder Colorado Flatirons Art
My wife and I went to school in Boulder and love the flatirons! This is a two piece artwork. The outer perimeter is one cut and I painted it black. The inner perimeter was actually done in 3 tool paths as I needed to do zero entry and exit on a few cuts. The polished part is 16 gauge and the background is 20 gauge. Roughly 19 inches long but could easily be scaled. be super careful of entry points as the thin webs will burn through. I cut with a Hypertherm 30 XP, standard consumables 30 amp and 25 amp based on thickness , 100 IPM on 16 gauge, 175 IPM on 20 ga
