Crossfire Pro Caster insert Tools

Summary

X Leg insert is drawn for 1/8th inch material. Cut 8 inserts and 4 caster plates to go with Everbilt Brand 4 inch Casters sold at Home Depot. I believe these plates will fit the 3, 4, and 5 inch caster. Must be welded square. Could possibly need a small weld to snug or light grinding if it is too snug. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-4-in-Red-TPU-Heavy-Duty-Swivel-Plate-Caster-with-Brake-250-lbs-Weight-Capacity-800865/306756459

Good idea! I was just thinking about bigger casters for my table and figured I would have to make something. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks. It rolls like a dream now. These casters are good for 250 pounds each. I think the 5 inch is over 300 pounds.

I meant to add this in the description. Be sure to only welded inside of the X so the table’s leg and rest in the plate. The center hole isn’t required. I used it for indexing and decided to use it for a center weld anyways

There's no measurement info related to this dfx file. Am I missing something?
