Summary
Have to give credit to Kyle and Phuc Tang as I took both the files shared here and combined them. I used 3/4 by 3/4 by 1/8 angle for the cross supports at 24 3/4" long. I made the holes 1/2" for easier fitment. Used 3/4" sanded plywood for tops. I also added an additional shelf to store tape measures, googles, etc.
