I used this to attach a cheap princess auto 16x32 pegboard I got on sale for $20 to my dewalt shelving unit. May work with other shelving units that use the same modular design. You could also weld hooks on to these to use as material storage or make a hanger for extension cords... I cut the file out of 12g mild steel, then used a hammer and drift punch to bend the tabs, then clamped the piece at the bend line in my vice and hammered it over. A bit crude, but it worked. A few tack welds onto the pegboard and she is good to go.
