Summary

Hey so this is a 22"x17" blaster with large cone with 1/8" metal sheeting I made thought someone might want to make one works nice a few notes on it. 1) I did not include a file for the light I made that by hand I would determine what light you are going to use before you cut the top panel and make adjustment to the hole size for what you are going to use. 2) the frame I used 2" angle iron I did not include measurements for it as I am short 5.5 so most likely you will make it taller. 3) the blast system is up to you I used a metering valve that's easy to make with some piping its a suction blast system you may want to use a pressure blast system your call. 4) the vacuum port is a 2" hole make sure that is cut to your vacuum hose size. 5) the door window holder is a pain to bend so if you don't have a good bender I used a thinner metal a galvanized sheet it was a lot easier to bend the 1/2" edges. 6) the door I used a piano hinge worked well for me you can use whatever you have I just happened to have it. 7) inside I used 1/2" angle to make the lip for my expanded metal to sit on. Hope you enjoy please if you make it or have any questions send me pics and or info to robertgilman2121@gmail.com I would love to see how someone's other than mine worked out I am just a beginner with this plasma cnc stuff

Nice build, your design is sleek & compact. I made one 20 years ago with 3/4" plywood & lined the inside with acrylic, it has held up well but I'm thinking of modifying or building a larger one.

Hey so just noticed that it did not put the file in for the side panels I am working on putting it in now it limits how many files you can use also feel free to email me and I will send it to you

This is very cool, and making one of these for the shop has been on my list for a long time. Yours turned out really nice, hopefully I can duplicate your efforts. Thanks for sharing this.
