Langmuir Crossfire Pro Controller Shield 20" x 12" Tools

Summary

Used to shield the controller cover from sparks. It does require your ability to bend metal - slits are provided in the DXF. I made mine out of 22ga steel and used a HF cheap metal bender. NOTE: The design has been modified from what you see in the photos. In the photos, you see the keyholes going vertical. This didn't work as the large square pipe nut sticking out prevented this from working as planned. SheetCam settings: Slits - no offset Keyholes - inside offset Shield - outside offset

Thank you this turned out great, I chopped 1/2 inch off the length so it would fit in my harbor freight press with swag brake. I also added some holes on the one end for zip ties to help manage the rat's nest of wires.

This worked out great. Posting a pic of mine so other folks can see. I also trimmed two inches off the back so that it would fit in the swag offroad press brake: https://cdn.zappy.app/c17e30ebd68db4e75dd251bd3d3203ba.jpg
