A friend was setting up his exhaust on his LS and wanted something to cover the ports while he welds up the manifold. I cut these out of 1/8 in aluminum on my Crossfire Pro with THC, using the Razor Weld Plasma machine. Settings: 70 IPM 35 Amps 0.6 Delay
