Summary
I made this for my daughter because she asked me to make her something today. I added the name on the puzzle in my 3d software. Super simple but she loved it. You'll have to figure out how you want to do it if doing all metal. Enjoy!

Nice project. I cut mine out of Aluminum. I don't have a 3D printer so I cut the puzzle piece portion separate with the plasma and mounted them on a nice piece of Beach.
