Razorweld J45H Torch holder-Printed Tools

Summary

This is 3D printed torch holder for the J45H torch for the Razorweld cutter. I 3D scanned the holder and then created a mounting system that will attach the the Z-axis using (3) 10-32 screws. I am not giving the locating hole locations on the table because my gantry is 1 1/4" elevated from stock height to accommodate more clearance so you will have to figure out a location that works best for you to drill the holes to mount. The fit-up is very tight on the torch, you need to rock the holding onto the torch from back to front (look at cross section picture). I made it so that the holder clamps the torch in place on its own, the zip tie is strictly for safety. allows full access to the tip and nozzle without having to unclamp from table so you do not loose position when changing consumables. printed 25% infill with 5 shells PLA. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5378153

IS there supposed to be an STL file to download? All I see are pictures. This looks like a really nice mount that I would love to print.
