Summary

Gauge is used to verify radius of scraper blades during sharpening and honing in the world of machinery rebuilding and manufacturing. Four radii are included (40,60, 90, and 120mm) along with a 1 inch square window to measure points per inch. Similar to the tool from Dapra / Biax and Anderson Bros. Cut from 1/8" mild steel.

    The numbers were engraved manually after surface grinding faces. Numbers are not included in the .nc file. Last photo shows example of scraped cast iron surface (part of Gorton P1-2 Pantograph engraver).
