Summary

This is a 6" wide 4" Tall 11" Deep Parts bin. I used 14 Gauge sheet metal. It can be folded by simply using the edge of a desk and your hands or with a crescent wrench. If you need to weld the slits for part like washers or something that might slip out, the slits can be welded. All you have have to do is design your backboard to align with however many bins you want. These are super sturdy and easy to make. Steel parts bin can be super expensive so, this is great to save money on.

Thanks for posting this design! I've made 2 of these out of 26ga galvanized sheet and they are great. I put some tabs on the front and back and soldered them together - makes a great parts bin!

Glad to share! Happy that it was helpful and hopefully a ton cheaper.
