    I will download the file when I can to try to understand how you put those bend line cuts in there. I haven't been successful cutting slots so that I can bend on. Not sure about the setting.

    for slots, try to put your lead in point at the meddle of the radius and set the angle to 90 degrees.

    I just put it in a 3 foot brake and bent it, you could try a bench vise also
