The workflow for running a CNC Machine can be complicated for novice or non tech-savvy users. We recommend taking the time before your machine arrives to learn the process! See our Software Workflow for more details.

Depending on the machine you ordered and the current lead time, this could be days or weeks. For freight deliveries, you will be contacted by our shipping carrier in advance of your delivery to set up a delivery appointment.

The packages are heavy! Be careful lifting them by yourself or ask for help.

When your shipment arrives it is best to verify you have received everything you have ordered. While some boxes may arrive later, you should verify the contents of the boxes you’ve received using our Assembly Instructions.

CrossFire machines are estimated to ship in the stated lead time when your order was placed. Your Crossfire CNC will arrive in its own box and all add-ons will ship separately.

Unlike our other machines, CrossFire PRO machine boxes may arrive at different times depending on our warehouse optimizations. You will need all three PRO boxes to complete assembly. Optional add-ons and other purchased items will arrive in their own packaging.

CrossFire XR CNC machines are estimated to leave our shop in the stated lead time based on when your deposit or full payment was placed. If you paid a deposit you will be emailed to complete payment once your machine is ready to ship. Once the machine ships, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery appointment.
Shipping: Freight with Delivery Appointment standard. Optional Liftgate and Residential delivery service.
