The MR-1 CNC Gantry Mill along with all options and accessories will be available to order starting on April 26th, 2022 at 1pm Pacific Standard Time.
The upfront deposit amount required for all orders is $500 regardless of added options and accessories. Future changes made to your order (such as adding or removing items) will not affect the position of your order in the shipping queue. Simply send an email to our support team and we will adjust your order accordingly.
The first MR-1 machines will begin shipping the week of August 15th, 2022. Orders will be shipped to customers in the order in which deposit payments are first received when the store opens on the 26th.
Based on the previous history of our product launches, we expect a large number of machines to sell in the first few minutes that the web store is live (1pm PT on 4/26/2022). In order to secure the shortest shipping lead time for your machine, consider taking the following steps:
While heavily dependent on order volume, we expect that most if not all orders placed in the first 30 minutes will ship prior to the end of the year. MR-1 has been under bulk production for months and our Texas warehouse is gearing up assembly, inspection, and packaging lines to meet our shipping commitments.
Many have reached out to us requesting to submit their deposit in advance in order to guarantee an early shipping window. Unfortunately we must decline these requests since doing so would provide an unfair advantage.
After placing your deposit, you will receive an order confirmation that includes an estimated shipping date with a +/- 14 day window. Langmuir Systems will make every effort to ensure that your order ships within the shipping window provided. However, delays and unforeseen circumstances can happen which could affect the timeliness of your shipment. In the event of delays, we are committed to being transparent and forthcoming with updates as needed to keep all impacted customers informed.
Once your machine is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email invoice for the final balance payment and applicable shipping charges. Once paid, we will ship your machine to you. All MR-1 machines and accessories will ship to customers in a single crate via freight service to both residential and commercial addresses. Alternatively, you can save on shipping costs by picking up from our Conroe, Texas facility if you have a suitable vehicle to do so. On site pickup requires an appointment.
Note: if you choose the MR-1 Full Assembly Service, crating and additional shipping cost will increase the estimated shipping to $1000 for most locations in the contiguous US. These fully assembled machines are estimated to be ready for shipment in October 2022.
At any time before your order ships you can request to add or remove items by sending an email to support@langmuirsystems.com. Any options that are added before the machine leaves our warehouse will not incur any additional shipping fees.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, simply request a cancellation via email and we will initiate a full refund on the next business day. Credit refunds typically take 3-5 days to process depending on the credit card company that is used.
