Local Pickup
When your machine becomes available in the shipping queue, you will receive an email from us with instructions for arranging the local
pickup.
If you have questions about your local pickup or need to request a change, please submit the

My Machine Shipped
When your machine ships from our warehouse in Texas, you will receive an email with the 'Arcbest'
Tracking Number. You can click the link in this email to track the shipment.
While all machine shipments are managed via ArcBest, the carrier with your XR may not be ABF. If
the emailed link does not provide enough information about your shipment, please email our
ArcBest Transportation Representative → for more detailed information. Please provide your order
number and any tracking information you have received so that we can quickly find your order.
A representative from the final carrier will contact you to arrange the final delivery.
